G. Robert MacDougall - c.e.o.                                                               Bob MacDougall started MacDougall Pierce Construction in 1976. Since then company has experienced controlled growth to its current $45MM/year. Bob still is active in the company. His focus remains strong. Always looking for new oportunities, he works on various projects throughout the year.
James A. Gundlach - president                                                              Jim has been with the company since 1989. He has held many positions at MacDougall Pierce starting with estimating, moving up through small projects, project manager, vice president and president in 1999. Jim runs the day to day operations of the business.
Mark D. Tichenor - vice president, marketing                                        Mark started with the company in 1986. He also has held many positions at MacDougall Pierce starting with estimating, moving up through small projects, project manager, vice president and marketing. Mark gets involved with many projects from conception to turnover.
Bob Kemper - v.p. operations                                                               Bob has been with MacDougall Pierce for over 20 years. He has run many public as well as private projects in his tenure. Bob oversees all project managers and their procedures. Bobs knowledge and experience over the years helps him head off problems before they get out of hand.
Dave Olson - director of construction                                                    Dave gets involved in many retail and schedule intensive projects. Typically, retail projects are completed in lightning fast time, with no room for error. Dave is currently heading up the Wal*Mart account and has just completed 2 multi-year, multi phased government projects.
Brent Houston - project manager                                                           Brent has been with MacDougall Pierce for 14 years. He has been senior estimator and worked his way up to project management. Brent helps on all pre-engineered buildings as he worked at Star Building Systems for 5 years as a district manager. He is currently working on 2 large school projects.
Matt Dixon - project manager                                                               Matt has been with the company for 7 years. He started out in the field as a superintendent and has worked his way into the office as a project manager. Matt heads up the restaurant division of the company as he actively builds McDonalds and Rally's throughout Indiana. These types of projects involve a type schedule and a great deal of coordination as they are usually completed in 2-3 months.
Jeff Magee - project manager                                                                Jeff works on small projects for MacDougall Pierce. He will do anything from repairing a door to doing tenant build-outs in high-rise construction. Jeff has many maintenance accounts that keep him busy throughout the year. He has finished many insurance related projects as well, working with insurance companies, adjusters, and owners.
Steve Buchholz - project manager                                                       Steve's a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience. He has completed many different types of projects for the company ranging from the Superpave Research at Purdue University to the Purdue "Tom Spurgeon" Golf Academy. Steve is a top project manager and at times acts in a duel role as p.m. and superintendent.
Brad Spurgin - project manager                                                           Brad has been with MacDougall Pierce for 8 years. He has worked on many projects ranging from schools to big box Wal*Marts. Brad has completed projects for these types of buildings across the United States. He is currently working on 1 large school project and a Wal*Mart.
Derek Isaac - senior estimator                                                               Derek has been with the company for 10 years. All of the estimating functions go through this office. Derek is responsible for maintaining the estimating database. Pre-construction/planning are prepared for design build projects as well as hard bid pricing.
Rick Murphy - field operations                                                               Rick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the field. This includes coordinating all manpower. All superintendents report directly to Rick. Rick's job also includes administering the safety program and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Scott Stull - c.f.o.                                                                                                              Scott has been with the company for 6 years. Scott is responsible for all the financial/accounting related functions for the organization. He supervises the administrative staff which is responsible for payroll, accounts payables/receivables, and office operations. Scott is a member of the C.F.M.A. and helps coordinate the safety administration for the field.
