Transportation:

Transportation facilities are used by various types of owners, whether it’s a large trucking company, a school corporation or a large manufacturer, they serve the same purpose.  Transportation facilities serve as a location for servicing large transports for these various companies.  MacDougall Pierce for their clients has traveled where ever the need may be.  We have been as far as West Texas and as far East as Central Ohio to construct these transportation facilities.

Transportation facilities may include many specialized piping systems, electrical systems and equipment, MacDougall Pierce can install them all. We have worked with many governmental agencies to construct their maintenance facilities.

Many of these buildings have in-ground fueling systems to support their vehicles. This requires special knowledge of these systems. Tanks have to be anchored and pipe has to be installed per epa standards. Any fuel leaks would cause major delays and issues with the environment. Integration with electrical and mechanical systems is critical in achieving a final product.
