Sixty to ninety calendar days... that is the time frame restaurant owners expect their projects to be completed... ready to be waiting on patrons. MacDougall Pierce has completed Rally's in 60 calendar days, McDonalds in 85 calendar days, and various other restaurants in-between. Many of these sites start with a "tear-down" of an existing restaurant or structure and end up with a reconfigured site and new building.

Scheduling is a key component in these projects as many trades have but a few days to complete their portion of the work, and the next trade is waiting in the wings to get going. Rough-ins at the beginning of the project are critical, as spaces are tight. Kitchen equipment has to fit, or many walls/systems will have to be re-configured, generally at the cost of time.

Many vendors come together in the last few weeks: Coke/Pepsi, CO2, waste oil, bulk cooking oil, POS systems, etc. We are familiar with all of these systems, letting you keep your mind on coordinating owner related items and not the construction process.
