Government:

Government projects are intense in nature. They generally are heavy in mechanical and electrical design, have tough details, tight schedules and limited budgets. We construct all kinds of government projects: police stations, university buildings, city and state buildings, maintenance garages, fire stations, community centers, postal facilities, etc.

Durations range from 6 months to 30 months on some multi year/multi phased buildings. These types of projects require large and complex schedules, resource loaded for all activities. Schedules have to be met as the general puiblic is often waiting to use the facility. We ususally complete 5-10 larger government projects each year. Our typical project ranges from $2MM to $30MM.

We have the resources and internal controls to deal with government work: certified payrolls, aia billings, breakdowns, waivers, and bonding.
