Commercial buildings come in all shapes and sizes. Offices, warehouse, office/warehouse combinations, showrooms... no two commercial facilities are the same. We build at least 5 commercial buildings a every year. These range in dollar value from $500,000 to $15,000,000.

Many of today's office buildings are built with a variety of construction materials: precast panels, glass, glass curtain walls, Dryvit, brick, block, and metal panel. All of these components have to come together structurally to provide a functional building.   Typically most commercial projects we construct create the corporate image of the company.  Sitework is starting to get more and more involved as cities are requiring detention/retention ponds and stormwater control on all sites. This requires a site engineer with experience in these areas.
