Fifth/Third Bank

Westfield, IN

One on the midwest’s largest banks, Fifth Third Bank is continuing to push into newly developed areas. The Highway 32 corridor in the north side town of Westfield is one of those areas.  Located in a new development with a grocery store and other retail sites, the branch offers convenient banking to the ever expanding population of this area.

The branch is built using traditional wood framing methods.  An asphalt shingle roof with pre-engineered wood trusses is supported on a wood stud structure.  The exterior is covered with brick and painted wood trim.

Interior partition walls are framed with wood studs and drywall.  The layout features six offices and a conference room all with multiple wood trimmed windows providing views of the lobby and outside.  The lobby features a built up crown molding valence that houses indirect lighting.  With multiple outside venders and a large group of national accounts to purchase materials through, coordination between the owner and contractor is vital to successful project.
