Super Pave was built under the control of the Indiana Department of Administration and is a joint venture between the Indiana Department of Transportation and Purdue University for the testing, research and development of road construction.  This Lafayette, Indiana based facility is state of the art.

The new construction, which was constructed thru the winter, is connected to the existing facility, via an enclosed breezeway.  It is constructed with structural steel, metal joist and deck, structural metal wall studs with a multi-colored accented EIFS exterior.  The roof is comprised of insulation and an EDPM membrane.  The interior of this facility is laden with painted high impact resistant walls, a complex HVAC system including fume hoods, and an elaborate air exchange and exhaust system. Included is an electrical system designed to accommodate the latest in design and testing equipment for the various labs and testing areas. 

At 40,000 s.f. this facility should accomodate the State of Indiana for years to come. A new parking lot and drainage area were also added to the site.
