The new Rally’s Drive-in restaurant located at the corner of Washington St. and Holt rd. in Indianapolis was opened in seven weeks.  This leaves little time for error.

After demolition of an existing Wendy’s restaurant, new storm and sanitary sewer systems were installed. Concrete piers where laid out and poured with steel leveling plates set to receive the building.  The pre-manufactured building arrived in two pieces and is hoisted into place.  Exterior stainless steel trim and painted red columns are installed.  Utility connections are made and interior fit outs are completed. Site improvements that were made included a large outside dining patio,  drive thru lanes and landscape islands.  A new split face block dumpster enclosure is located in the rear of the lot.

Finishing touches are completed when concrete picnic tables and signage around the store is installed.  49 days after starting,  the store is open and serving customers.
