Located on the North side of Indianapolis in Fishers, this building is all pre-engineered steel as manufactured by Star Building Systems and serves as MacDougall Pierce's Headquarters. It has 10,000 s.f. under roof.

The exterior of the skin consists of split face masonry and smooth block at the office portion and metal panels for the warehouse portion.

Interior offices are at the front of the buiding. There is a large lobby area, numerous offices for support personel, and a kitchen area for breaks. The warehouse has an overhead crane for loading and unloading large items, and a large tool crib for tool security.
