Greenwood is one of the fastest growing areas in central Indiana.  To help provide the services to the people who are migrating to that area quality places to shop need to be developed.  This shopping center fills a critical part of that need bringing quality stores to that area.  This major street corner was transformed from old out dated run down buildings to a corner that makes the City of Greenwood proud to call home.   

The building was constructed on a structural steel frame with structural metal studs and dens-glass backing up the brick, split faced block and EIFS with inset ceramic tiles.   The roof is comprised of metal decking, insulation and an EDPM roofing system. With the change in heights and the alternating bump outs at the different store fronts makes this building unique an aesthetically pleasing.

We are most proud of this building as it was constructed in only (3) months.  From the start of the foundation on August 6th to the turn over of the building on October 31st (Complete with the asphalt parking lot and landscaping) we not only completed the building but also completed the buildouts of Bed Bath & Beyond and Designer Shoe Warehouse.
