A fast growing part of central Indiana dictates the need for more banks. This Charter One is built on the Zionsville-Carmel line of Michigan Road. It is set in a small strip center on the far east side of Boone County.

MacDougall Pierce finished this build out in 4 weeks. We were given a "shell" space and took it from there. There is an exterior drive thru with an ATM kiosk in the same location. An overhead pneumatic tube serves the drive thru lane.

The offices are framed out of metal studs and drywall. Can lights and track lights accent the interior of the space. A Starbucks Coffee Shop occupies the space next door and shares a common gathering area.
