Located on the south side of Indianapolis, Builders Concrete decided it was time to expand. With 3 other local plants, the south side was in need of another ready mix company.

MacDougall Pierce provided a Star pre-engineered structure to enclose all of the holding/mixing tanks as well as a small maintenance facility. Conveyor assemblies bring sand and gravel to the main mixing area. A catwalk system was used for easy access to all of the mechanical systems in the high bay areas.

The offices are framed in a conventional manner. Dispatch is located along the same side as the offices. Concrete paving is used in lieu of asphalt for durability on site.
