Fishers, Indiana is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. With this growth comes the need to provide goods and services for the people who are moving to this area. With East 96th Street becoming a major artery, developers chose this area close to a Wal*Mart. This project consisted of a three (3) building complex with Staples being the anchor tenant. These buildings are constructed of structural steel frame, 8’ X 8” brick and EIFS with an intricate design. The storefronts are constructed with colored aluminum framing which provides for a pleasing accent. The interior floors, of the yet to be leased spaces, were not poured to allow for easy rough-in of the future tenants services. The challenge with this project was the short construction schedule required by the owner since tenants had already signed their leases and developing the site while keeping access between the buildings open.
